What A Dojo Can Teach You About Money

I’m a martial artist. So I’ve spent a lot of my life in a dojo.

Most people think a dojo is just a room where you learn to fight. It isn’t.

The Place Of The Way

The word comes from two old Japanese words.

means the way. The path. The spiritual journey of a life.

means the place. The hall.

Put them together and a dojo is literally the place of the way. And before it was ever used for martial arts, it was a space inside Buddhist temples for spiritual training.

A place you go to become a better person. That came first. The fighting came later.

So That’s What I’ve Built For Your Money. It’s Called The 3% Acceleration Program.

A line of martial artists in black gi standing at attention, bowing in, in a training hall.

Bow In. Bow Out.

You bow in. You honour the space. Honour it and you’re welcome. Don’t, and you’re gone — no second thoughts.

That’s what keeps it clean.

What Happens Inside

Most people have their group. The mates they drink with, play footy with, go fishing with.

They sit around sharing their big ideas about the government, politics, money, AI, World War Three, all of it. And they pat each other on the back and go, “Good job, mate.”

But there’s no expansion. No conversation that stretches you. No support that pushes you anywhere. So you never grow much further than the group you’re already standing in.

This is different.

In the 3% Acceleration Program you’re not the most advanced person in the room. Not even close. Whatever belt you walked in wearing — white, blue, green, brown — there’s someone here further down the road than you. And you’re not just in the room with black belts. You’re in the room with grandmasters.

And here’s the beauty of it. Your blind spots get exposed. The blockages in you, in your business, in your relationships — the stuff you can’t see because you’re standing too close to it.

All of it gets brought into the light.

Not by people with an agenda. By people with a genuine vested interest in where you’re going.
